NO OBLIGATION OR PRESSURE SALES POLICY
To offer our clients a great experience at every stage, we adhere to a strict No Obligation or Pressure Sales policy.
It’s easy to underestimate the amount of time we dedicate to each photography session. In addition to the photography session itself, there’s also the pre-shoot consultation, telephone and email communications, post-shoot editing of images, and the Personal Viewing and Ordering Session. All of these activities can quickly add up to several days of work, which is why we charge a Session Fee.
Separating the Session Fee ensures that you are only charged for the specific services and products that you receive.
After the initial cost of your photography session, you are not obligated to make any additional purchases. This means you have the freedom to select prints based on your specific requirements and budget without any pressure from us.
SESSION FEE
Our individual session fee is £249. This covers your pre-shoot consultation, the photography session itself and your personal viewing and ordering session.
The session fee does not include any images or products but does include a £150 voucher towards any artwork that you choose to purchase. Printed products can be purchased separately at your post-shoot viewing and design session. Our clients typically invest between £500 and £1800 in their printed artwork.
PERSONAL VIEWING AND DESIGN SESSION
After your photography session, we offer an in-person viewing and design session where you can view and choose your favorite images from the shoot to create your bespoke multi-box wall art. Our artwork is designed to be proudly displayed on the walls of your home and we understand that it can be challenging to envision what the final product will look like. That’s why we show you how your photographs will look and can even mock up how the artwork will display on your wall. Together, we can create something amazing that you’ll love. We want to assure you that there will be no pushy sales pitch or pressure to purchase anything you don’t want or need.
YOUR ARTWORK
We understand that you will be eager to learn more about what you can create with your investment. During your pre-shoot planning session, we will provide details about our products and their associated costs. Additionally, we’ll send you our Welcome guide PDF, which includes information on our products along with images to help you visualize them in your home.
To give you an idea of total costs, our clients usually invest from £678 to upwards of £2,000 on their WhiteBOX artwork.
